A: Why not both? Our products are designed by emotionally literate people with design degrees and mild anxiety. Everything ships from real warehouses with real tracking.

Q: Do you offer digital downloads?
A: Yes. Our workbooks, card decks, and burnout tools are available as instant PDFs. Healing… instantly gratifying.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, but international shipping fees apply and we cannot control customs delays. It’s not personal.

Q: Can I return something?
A: Unused physical items can be returned within 30 days. Digital items are final because we can’t unread your download.

Q: My order is delayed/missing. Help?
A: Email us your order number and existential concern. We’ll sort it.

Q: Can I get a custom bundle?
A: Email us with your chaotic genius. We’re open to collabs, but we reserve the right to say no if it feels emotionally unsafe.
